Holons Within Spheres

Within the Spheres, people are empowered to create Holons and these are given the opportunity to take responsibility and leadership for the common purpose. They can organize horizontally, actively participating in decision making and conflict resolution. The sphere provides a safe and respectful space where people feel free to express their ideas, perspectives and concerns, and the active participation of all members is encouraged.

In the Spheres, the general purpose acts as a catalyst that drives and guides the group’s actions and decisions. It serves as a general compass and unifier of effort providing a solid foundation for collaboration, teamwork and sustained commitment.
